HR Training Content Access Policy

We offer 12 months of access to give you plenty of time to complete the course at your own pace while encouraging progress toward your goals. Limiting access also helps us keep the content current and maintain the quality of the learning experience for all participants.

NESA HR Training Cohort Refund Policy

At NESA HR, our refund policy exists to honor the commitment and planning required to deliver a high-quality, personalized learning experience for each participant. Because we reserve limited spots, allocate resources, and grant access to course materials in advance, late cancellations impact our ability to serve others waiting to join.

To balance flexibility with fairness, we offer options for early cancellations, including credits or partial refunds, while ensuring accountability for last-minute changes. This policy helps us maintain the integrity of the program and ensures all participants receive the full value of their investment and our support.

Live Cohort & Training Content Access Policy

At NESA HR, we know certification can be challenging, and success may take more than one attempt. Our retake policy ensures you feel supported by allowing you to rejoin a future cohort at no extra cost — helping you strengthen your skills, regain confidence, and achieve your goals.

Refund Policy for NESA's HR Training Self Study.

Because our digital courses provide immediate access to valuable, proprietary content and downloadable materials, we cannot revoke access once it’s delivered. This policy protects the integrity of our intellectual property and ensures fairness to all participants.
