NESA HR Training Cohort Refund Policy
At NESA HR, our refund policy exists to honor the commitment and planning required to deliver a high-quality, personalized learning experience for each participant. Because we reserve limited spots, allocate resources, and grant access to course materials in advance, late cancellations impact our ability to serve others waiting to join.
To balance flexibility with fairness, we offer options for early cancellations, including credits or partial refunds, while ensuring accountability for last-minute changes. This policy helps us maintain the integrity of the program and ensures all participants receive the full value of their investment and our support.
Cancellations
14+ Days Before Start
Cancel 14 or more calendar days before the cohort start date — a $150 processing fee applies.
7–14 Days Before Start
You can choose:
Option 1: Receive a one-time credit to join the next available cohort.
Option 2: Forfeit 50% of the fee + $150 processing fee.
Within 7 Days of Start
Cancel within 7 days of the start date — 100% of the fee is forfeited.
Missed Sessions
Participants who miss any part of the program are not eligible for refunds.

Note: Refunds for credit card payments will be processed back to the original payment method and may not appear until your next billing cycle.
