Live Cohort & Training Content Access Policy

At NESA HR, we know certification can be challenging, and success may take more than one attempt. Our retake policy ensures you feel supported by allowing you to rejoin a future cohort at no extra cost — helping you strengthen your skills, regain confidence, and achieve your goals.

We committed to your success — even beyond your initial cohort experience.
If you complete the cohort in full but do not pass your certification exam (PHR or SHRM-CP) on your first attempt, we invite you to rejoin a future cohort at no additional cost, within 6 months of your original program start date. You will have access to the digital content up to 12months from the start of the cohort.

To take advantage of this offer:
- You must have attended all required sessions of your original cohort.
- You must provide proof of your exam attempt and result.
- You can select from any available cohort scheduled within the 6-month window.

This retake opportunity ensures you can continue to build confidence, deepen your knowledge, and achieve your certification goals with ongoing support from the NESA HR team.
